What if I have a problem with a machine or card reader?

The fastest response is to call us. We can remotely diagnose any problems and provide rapid assistance. Please let us know the location and machine number when you call.

We are not your typical laundromat. We are 100% cashless and only accept electronic payments, including PayWave. This allows us to provide the community with these facilities 24/7.
